Job Description
Senior .NET/React engineer building ATS integrations, internal tools, and automation for a US-based talent assessment software company. Remote role supporting globally used video interview and chatbot platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Code enterprise-level SaaS video interview and/or chatbot platform software
- Design and implement integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Master third-party APIs while maintaining data integrity and system reliability
- Innovate on internal tools to improve users' day-to-day experiences
- Prototype and build intuitive, high-performance interfaces for complex internal workflows
- Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks across the organization
- Use performance and error monitoring tools to evaluate automated solutions
- Design and implement scalable solutions
- Write comprehensive tests and perform code reviews
- Document work and architectural patterns for the broader engineering team
- Participate in daily and weekly engineering team meetings to align on schedules and SDLC progress
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to new or associate team members
- Continue learning new languages, libraries, and SDLC best practices
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers
Requirements:
- Strong experience with .NET (C#) in production environments
- Solid experience building modern front-end applications with React
- Experience working with MS SQL or similar relational databases
- Senior-level mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience working on existing production systems, not only greenfield
- Ability to handle evolving requirements and technical ambiguity
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience collaborating in distributed teams
- Experience with microservices architectures preferred
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments preferred
- Exposure to test automation practices preferred
- Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition is a bonus, not required
