Job Description
Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer building a unified pharmacy e-commerce platform. Deliver high-impact solutions in Agile environment with focus on performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Join a high-impact project building a next-generation unified pharmacy e-commerce platform
- Deliver an MVP within a ~28-week roadmap in an Agile environment
- Evaluate tradeoffs, define implementation patterns, and guide other developers
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the platform
- Collaborate with product, UX, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Support and mentor mid-level engineers
- Contribute to improving engineering processes and standards
Requirements:
- 6+ years in software development
- Senior-level full-stack background
- Node.js / TypeScript — 4+ years
- React.js — 4+ years
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Ability to operate close to architect level
- Strong understanding of API design
- Experience with authentication/authorization and secure development practices
- Relational database experience, preferably PostgreSQL
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the platform
- Experience designing scalable, production-grade web applications
- Comfortable integrating with third-party systems
- Understanding of cart & checkout flows
- Strong engineering discipline
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- Ability to work closely with Solution Architect, Engineering Leadership, Business Analysts, QA engineers
- Client-facing communication skills (English Upper-Intermediate+)
- Strong ownership mindset
- Proactive problem-solver
- Ability to support and mentor mid-level engineers
- Contributes to improving engineering processes
