Job Description
Desenvolvedor Golang Back-End sênior construindo APIs, BFFs e microsserviços para soluções digitais da Invillia. Integração de sistemas, observabilidade e entrega de aplicações escaláveis.
Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve BFF (Backend for Frontend) solutions for web and mobile applications
- Develop, maintain, and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations
- Integrate systems through APIs, messaging, and event-driven architectures
- Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, security, and quality
- Participate in the design and evolution of microservices-based architectures
- Implement development best practices, design patterns, and software architecture principles
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and ongoing corrective and evolutionary maintenance
- Collaborate with Frontend, Product, QA, Architecture, and DevOps teams
- Support and implement CI/CD processes, monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Analyze and resolve incidents, identifying root causes and proposing continuous improvements
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and the advancement of engineering practices
- Actively participate in technical decisions, estimations, and delivery planning
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Back-End development using Go (Golang)
- Experience with Kotlin
- Knowledge of building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience integrating systems using APIs, messaging, and events
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
- Experience with data modeling and query optimization
- Knowledge of code version control tools, such as Git
- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and software quality practices
- Knowledge of CI/CD practices and pipeline automation
- Experience with monitoring, observability, and log analysis
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and containerized environments
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools
- Knowledge of application and API security principles
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to working in multidisciplinary environments
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with messaging tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience working with high-volume environments and mission-critical systems
- Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar platforms
- Experience in the financial services, fintech, or payments industry
