Job Description

Senior Graphic Designer driving brand identity and marketing assets for Audiense, a next-generation analytics-to-action platform, creating content for campaigns and product storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and contribute to brand identity work, helping develop maintain and evolve our visual standards in close collaboration with the Creative Director as we progress through our rebrand
  • Design marketing assets for digital and print — including social media, email, paid ads, event materials, and presentations
  • Create motion graphics and short-form video content to support campaigns and product storytelling
  • Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing, and product teams to translate briefs into polished creative output
  • Bring considered creative input at brief stage — your experience and judgment are genuinely valued
  • Own your workload end-to-end, managing priorities and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy
  • Help uphold and contribute to creative quality standards across the team

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a B2B environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, marketing campaigns, and motion work at a consistently high standard
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Experience with Figma for design collaboration
  • Excellent eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Deep comfort working within brand guidelines and the confidence to propose meaningful improvements
  • Highly self-directed — you take responsibility in producing great work and can navigate ambiguity
  • Clear communicator who can articulate creative decisions to stakeholders and non-designers alike
