Job Description
Seeking leadership for Growth-Performance at Méliuz, enhancing strategic products and leading analytics teams. Engage in process organization and cross-team improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Work on Méliuz's Growth-Performance front, taking responsibility for the evolution of strategic products within our ecosystem.
- Performance Management: Act as the owner of product outcomes in the ecosystem, responsible for organizing and prioritizing the initiatives roadmap.
- People Leadership: Manage and mentor part of the performance team.
- Problem Solving and Analysis: Perform analyses and solve complex problems involving data and internal processes.
- Cross-team Interface: Coordinate and liaise with different areas.
- Operational Efficiency: Use AI as a means to optimize productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Growth, Product Management and/or Project Management.
- Advanced SQL (BigQuery) with the ability to perform deep analyses independently and to train others.
- Experience in project management and organizing workflows.
- Proactive, organized and analytical profile.
- Nice to have / Differentials:
- Previous experience in Growth and Product roles.
- Previous experience in Project Management.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI).
- Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Appsflyer, Firebase.
