Job Description
Senior Growth Hacker driving growth and marketing strategies for Idera's API platform. Focused on data-driven experiments to enhance developer signups and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive our growth experimentation roadmap
- Identify and test new channels and tactics for reaching developers and technical buyers
- Build and optimize signup, onboarding, and activation funnels
- Set up tracking, dashboards, and experiment frameworks
- Run rapid A/B and multivariate tests
Requirements:
- 5+ years in growth, performance marketing, or growth hacking roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with growth and marketing tooling (analytics platforms, A/B testing tools, CRM/marketing automation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A scrappy, resourceful mindset
