Job Description
Senior Growth Manager scaling Reddit’s user and community ecosystems across UK and US markets. Designing experiments, analyzing growth data, and turning successful initiatives into repeatable playbooks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute initiatives that strengthen Reddit’s user and community ecosystems in the US and international markets
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities
- Design and execute experiments addressing content supply, community density, contribution, discovery, engagement, and user growth
- Build and scale communities
- Increase the supply of relevant content and contributions
- Reach underserved audiences
- Strengthen Reddit’s user experience
- Translate successful experiments into repeatable playbooks, processes, and recommendations across markets
- Determine which initiatives can scale broadly, require local adaptation, or need operational/product support
- Monitor DAU, contribution, content supply, community health, and retention indicators
- Analyze performance trends and identify risks and opportunities
- Establish measurement frameworks for experiments and scaled programs
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Marketing, and Community teams
- Provide insights, shape priorities, and scale growth initiatives
- Build evidence through experimentation to influence cross-functional investment and product development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in user growth, product operations, or market expansion, with a demonstrated track record of executing growth initiatives at scale
- Strong entrepreneurial instincts, hands-on execution skills, and ability to work independently in ambiguous or resource-constrained environments
- Proficiency in Excel modeling
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience creating scalable processes and automations
- Strong systems thinking and ability to distinguish market-specific problems from scalable growth opportunities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and align cross-functional stakeholders across global teams
- Results-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and bias toward execution
- Comfort balancing opportunities across the US and international markets and prioritizing based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance
