Job Description
Director responsible for driving growth strategies for a healthcare staffing company. Identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new growth opportunities aligned with long-term SBU objectives, including market expansion, service line growth, and targeted client segments.
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans, translating high-level priorities into actionable initiatives that support revenue generation and market positioning.
- Lead the planning and structuring of business development efforts across the opportunity lifecycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and pursuit strategy.
- Partner with Business Development and proposal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs, pricing strategy, and organizational capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Client Services, Recruitment, Finance, and Legal, to ensure growth initiatives are feasible, appropriately scoped, and positioned for successful execution.
- Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive activity to inform growth strategies and provide insights to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Five years of sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare staffing and/or consulting services.
- Bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization.
- Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
- Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.
- Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
- Present self as a positive representative of the organization.
- Establish rapport and maintain mutually productive relationships.
