Job Description
Senior GTM Talent Acquisition Partner II at Drata leading end-to-end recruiting for complex, business-critical roles. Responsible for shaping recruiting approach and delivering high-quality talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior, complex, and business-critical roles across multiple functions
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes, including proactive sourcing and candidate closing
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine recruiting strategies
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, and other partners
- Identify process gaps, risks, and implement improvements
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Leverage recruiting data, market intelligence, and emerging AI-enabled tools
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant working experience
- Minimum 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, ambiguous searches
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Solid business acumen
- Fluency in recruiting data and comfort leveraging AI tools
- Track record of delivering consistent hiring outcomes
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting platforms, such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter
