Job Description
Interface Analyst/Programmer supporting Epic Bridges interfaces and Rhapsody Integration Engine for Rochester Regional Health. Collaborating with teams and optimizing healthcare software integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic Bridges interfaces and Rhapsody Integration Engine
- Functions as a bridge between customers, operations, vendors, application build teams, and other technical staff
- Assists in the development and installation of in-house developed software
- Assists in the integration of Epic, RRH systems and other healthcare related software
- Provides technical expertise to all IT members and potential members of the end-user community
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 to 5 years of related programming experience
- Experience with Integration Engines (Rhapsody Professional or Expert Certification a plus)
- Knowledge of HL7, X12, and other messaging formats
- General Database Knowledge and Experience with SQL
- Epic Bridges Certification a plus
- Knowledge of Integrated Systems regarding EMR communication with Ancillary Systems
