Job Description

Consultor de Gestão de Ativos de TI na Cisco, gerenciando a Base Instalada e otimizando recursos. Analisando inventários e conduzindo processos de gestão de ativos com clientes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain customers' Installed Base (Installed Base – IB) for Cisco.
  • Ensure all assets are correctly linked to contracts, locations, and support levels.
  • Administer the lifecycle of Cisco assets, reducing risks related to end-of-support/obsolete equipment (LDoS) and unidentified assets.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize clients' infrastructure.
  • Consolidate and reconcile information from multiple data sources.
  • Maintain up-to-date metrics related to hardware and software inventory.
  • Manage information on: Asset inventory, Licensing, Software consumption, Lifecycle, Compliance.
  • Prepare managerial, operational, and executive reports.
  • Develop analyses to support clients' strategic decisions.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients.
  • Conduct research on clients' environments and organizational structures.
  • Present executive analyses and recommendations related to the Installed Base.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for: Monthly Business Review (MBR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
  • Understand clients' asset management processes.
  • Recommend improvements to optimize asset governance.
  • Identify inconsistencies and execute Move Add Change Delete (MACD) processes.
  • Translate large volumes of data into strategic, actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service and client relationship management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Asset Management, IT Asset Inventory, or similar roles.
  • Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Experience analyzing hardware and software inventory.
  • Understanding of technology asset governance.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including: VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and advanced formulas.
  • Ability to work simultaneously across multiple systems and tools.
  • Knowledge of Cisco products and services.
  • Experience with Cisco Asset Management Services.
  • Knowledge of Cisco support contract management.
  • Experience with software consumption metrics and telemetry.
  • Knowledge of databases and query/analysis languages (SQL or similar).
  • Experience handling large volumes of data (Big Data Analytics).
  • Experience working in global corporate environments.
