Job Description
Desenvolvedor Java sênior evoluindo aplicações SaaS da Starian no produto Sienge. Atuando com refatoração, APIs Spring, testes e soluções orientadas ao contexto financeiro.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance established Java systems, contributing to refactoring, architectural improvements, and the delivery of new features
- Perform evolutionary and corrective maintenance, as well as continuous refactoring
- Participate in defining technical solutions with engineering and product teams
- Take ownership of delivery quality, including implementation, testing, code review, and solution validation
- Work with technical autonomy, serving as a team reference and supporting developers in their technical growth
- Work with pair programming, code reviews, and continuous improvement
- Use AI tools and resources to support development and increase productivity
- Work in a business-domain-driven environment, with a deep understanding of financial business rules
- Explore new technologies and the impact of Artificial Intelligence on processes, experiences, and outcomes
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Java development, including work with Java versions 6, 8, and 11
- Knowledge of frontend development with React
- Experience developing and evolving Java applications in monolithic architectures
- Experience with Spring for building APIs
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit
- Strong command of development best practices: Clean Code, SOLID, code design, and refactoring
- Ability to read, analyze, and refactor complex code
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts
- Experience with or familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is a plus
