Job Description
Senior customer marketing leader building advocacy, references, and proof for Jump’s AI assistant for financial advisors. Driving case studies, co-marketing, and expansion programs with enterprise customers.
Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with flagship customers and drive co-marketing strategies, including case studies, joint webinars, co-presentations, and joint PR
- Build the case study and thought leadership engine for Sales proof points and visible wins in new verticals
- Own the customer marketing budget, vendor relationships, and reporting on program performance and pipeline influence
- Design and launch Jump Club, referral, review, and community programs
- Stand up and run a Customer Advisory Board and user group programming
- Create recognition and rewards systems to turn satisfied customers into public promoters
- Build and operate a systematic customer reference program, including intake, approval, scheduling, and reference maintenance
- Partner with Sales to respond to reference requests and prevent deal delays
- Own onboarding, adoption, and renewal communications
- Partner with Customer Success on upsell/cross-sell playbooks, campaigns, and onsite events
- Build QBR support materials and account-level nurture programs to drive expansion revenue
- Build the customer marketing function, launch case studies and thought-leadership campaigns, establish reference readiness, and scale advocacy programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years building or scaling a customer marketing function at a high-growth B2B software company, ideally from an early stage
- Track record of originating customer marketing strategies and programs, not just executing an existing playbook
- Fluency in customer marketing best practices, including reference and advocacy programs, G2, customer communities, and AI-enabled case study and reference production
- Expert communication skills and comfort building content and relationships with senior stakeholders at major enterprise and financial services accounts
- Track record of getting Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to adopt new programs or processes
- Experience at a Series A–C company or similarly fast-moving environment is a nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management is a nice to have
