Job Description
Senior Marketing Advisor driving B2B campaigns for Baringa, a global consulting firm. Shaping go-to-market strategy, content, analytics and measurable growth across Energy & Resources markets.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of Energy & Resources marketing plans and deliverables with the E&R Marketing Business Partner
- Deliver marketing strategies aligned with sector goals, Clients & Marketing’s vision, and broader business growth ambitions
- Partner with E&R teams and the E&R Partner Clients & Marketing Sponsor on go-to-market strategies
- Design, launch and manage global and regional campaigns across the UK, US, Europe and APAC, adapting them to local cultural and market needs
- Develop campaign content including thought leadership, client stories, videos, webinars and events
- Apply Baringa’s brand and AI story consistently across E&R work
- Coordinate between E&R and the wider Clients & Marketing team, routing work to the appropriate experts and contributing to shared planning
- Use audience and market insight to support campaigns that drive revenue growth, client acquisition and market share
- Identify Baringa’s strengths and differentiators to inform objectives, messaging and audience targeting
- Own campaign lifecycles from planning and execution through analysis and optimisation
Requirements:
- CIM Diploma qualification or equivalent, or strong working knowledge of CIM principles preferred
- Further certifications such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and/or data-driven marketing platforms are a plus
- Demonstrated success supporting marketing strategies and selecting data-driven tactics to drive business growth, client engagement and sales pipeline objectives
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful campaigns with measurable business outcomes
- Professional services experience and familiarity with sector-specific challenges welcomed
- Ability to nurture relationships and navigate internal cross-functional and external partner and supplier stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work across organisational levels, including senior leadership and sector leads
- Resilience, adaptability and proactive problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage personal priorities and coordinate others while balancing short-term and long-term goals
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create compelling marketing content, presentations and audience-specific messaging
- Confidence using Martech and marketing analytics tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI and Google Analytics or equivalent
- Ability to balance strategic focus with detailed execution, planning, organisation and attention to detail
