Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager leading B2B marketing strategies for a healthcare-focused client. Managing demand generation and recruitment marketing efforts while mentoring a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals
  • Build and optimize scalable multi-channel lead generation programs
  • Drive pipeline growth through paid media, webinars, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and funnel optimization
  • Support the sales team with strategic campaign planning and lead nurturing initiatives
  • Create and manage marketing collateral for webinars, events, and campaigns
  • Continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates across the customer journey
  • Oversee recruitment marketing campaigns focused on attracting top talent across Latin America
  • Improve candidate acquisition funnels and campaign performance
  • Strengthen employer branding initiatives
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to support hiring goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 direct reports
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
  • Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Use data and insights to optimize budget allocation and channel performance
  • Improve marketing reporting systems and operational processes
  • Ensure strong alignment between marketing efforts and business growth objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with experience managing marketing functions or teams
  • Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
  • Experience managing digital marketing channels including:
  • Google Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Meta Ads
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Webinar campaigns
  • Strong analytical and performance optimization skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • **Preferred Qualifications**
  • Healthcare industry marketing experience
  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers, clinics, or healthcare operations teams
  • Recruitment marketing experience
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
  • Revenue Operations or funnel optimization experience
