Job Description
Senior Consultant, EPM leading end-to-end Oracle NetSuite implementations for clients. Fostering digital transformation and delivering exceptional service in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle NetSuite EPM
- Serve as the Client's advocate throughout each engagement
- Participate in all phases of full-cycle EPM implementations: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, Support
- Manage scope, requirements, and budget across all phases
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering workshops
- Drive process mapping, reengineering, and future-state design
- Advise clients on standard functionality and leading practices
- Perform fit/gap analysis to inform system design and execution
- Translate complex business requirements into technical designs
- Provide post-go-live support as needed
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 + years of end-to-end Oracle NetSuite EPM (Account Reconciliation, Planning and Budgeting, etc.) implementation experience for mid-market and enterprise organizations
- 5 + full-lifecycle implementations preferred
- Consulting or industry background in FP&A or accounting
- Familiarity with data migration procedures and FP&A application integrations
- Working knowledge of AI features within Oracle Cloud EPM (IPM, Predictive Planning, Reconciliation AI assistance, etc.) and the ability to translate them into client value.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems
