Job Description
Senior OFS Developer leading software development with a focus on quality and mentorship. Collaborating across teams in a remote contract environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade software features with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
- Lead technical decisions, review code, and drive quality and architectural standards.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering team growth and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate effectively across time zones and with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience in an enterprise or similar setting.
- Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Experience leading and participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and architectural guidelines.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, contract-based environment with strong self-management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with architects, analysts, PMs, and business stakeholders.
- Experience following established standards and best practices in software design and development.
