Job Description

Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour consultant configuring formulas, time rules, and payroll integrations. Supporting international payroll transformation, testing, and stabilization for Sidekick Network’s IT projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Senior Oracle HCM Time & Labour Consultant within an international Oracle HCM and payroll transformation project
  • Configure, analyze, and optimize Oracle HCM Time and Labor
  • Design, adapt, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formula / conversion formulas
  • Configure and resolve issues related to time-related payroll elements
  • Support work schedules, shifts, time entry rules, time calculation rules, and related time configurations
  • Analyze complex time calculation, payroll integration, and configuration issues and perform root-cause analysis
  • Support testing, defect resolution, stabilization, and payroll-related validation activities
  • Work closely with HR, Payroll, HR IT, implementation partners, and other Oracle HCM consultants

Requirements:

  • Several years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
  • Strong implementation experience with Oracle HCM Time and Labor / Time & Labour
  • Proven hands-on expertise with Oracle Fast Formula and conversion formulas
  • Strong understanding of time-related payroll elements and time-to-payroll processes
  • Solid knowledge of work schedules, shifts, time rules, time calculations, and related Oracle HCM configurations
  • Experience troubleshooting complex functional and technical Oracle HCM Time & Labour issues
  • Experience working in international Oracle HCM implementation or transformation projects
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work independently in a senior consulting role
  • Experience in global or multi-country payroll transformation projects
  • Experience integrating Oracle HCM Time & Labour with external payroll providers
  • Knowledge of payroll interfaces and time-to-payroll data flows
  • Experience with Oracle Payroll
  • Experience with multi-country Oracle HCM rollouts
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll testing, or parallel payroll runs
  • Experience in complex international HR technology environments
  • Previous experience joining an existing Oracle HCM implementation during a critical project phase
