Job Description
Senior Order Management Analyst at Amplitude focused on processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with Sales and Finance on order management and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process customer orders with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and downstream impact
- Apply structured thinking to complex and non-standard deal scenarios, identifying risks and resolution paths
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to resolve order issues efficiently and prevent repeat errors
- Analyze order data to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement
- Document and operationalize improvements that increase consistency, scalability, and throughput
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in order management, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment
- Strong command of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce required; NetSuite, SAP, or similar preferred)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing accuracy, urgency, and business impact
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills—you know how to move fast without breaking things.
