Job Description

Senior Organic Growth Consultant focused on revenue-driven growth strategies in organic growth for clients. Leading the strategic direction of accounts in a remote setting within Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic direction of your accounts end-to-end and lead clients proactively rather than just reacting to requests
  • Translate GTM understanding into organic growth strategies that contribute to pipeline and revenue
  • Manage stakeholders with clarity: understand their motivations and lead difficult conversations
  • Prioritize thoughtfully with a focus on the work that has the highest impact
  • Communicate clearly and structurally, always at the appropriate strategic or operational level
  • Deliver consistent, scalable quality across your accounts
  • Leverage your team’s strengths, escalate early, and keep work properly distributed
  • Turn insights into clear recommendations and proactively challenge clients and internal leadership with better ideas

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO, organic growth, or GTM/growth consulting, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or B2B environment
  • GTM knowledge and the instinct to think in terms of pipeline and revenue
  • Strong stakeholder leadership: you bring people together and conduct difficult conversations with confidence
  • A structured, clear communication style at the appropriate strategic and operational levels
  • Thoughtful prioritization and an 80/20 mindset
  • An ownership mentality that takes responsibility for the client’s success
  • Strong AI literacy, actively applied in research, analysis, and workflows
  • Excellent German and strong English language skills, both spoken and written
  • A growth mindset that refuses to settle
