Job Description

Senior People Ops Specialist managing employee lifecycle and benefits programs at Primer. Leading global compliance and tech initiatives in a fully remote environment across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end across multiple jurisdictions
  • Partner with Finance and payroll providers for compliance
  • Lead benefits programs globally
  • Manage immigration and global mobility processes
  • Enhance People team helpdesk through automation
  • Coordinate logistics for annual retreats and team workations
  • Shape Townhall content in partnership with leadership
  • Oversee People tech stack and compliance across jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of People Operations experience
  • Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of global payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Understanding of People tools implementations
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with modern tooling and AI in People work
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing
