Job Description
Senior/Principal Consultant guiding Pharma companies in Quality Management system optimization and digital transformation. Leading projects and ensuring regulatory compliance in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects to design, optimize and digitize quality management systems.
- Take responsibility for deliverables in small to medium-sized client projects.
- Analyze existing structures and processes and develop sustainable solutions.
- Advise on regulatory requirements and best practices in the life sciences environment.
- Represent MAIN5 at conferences and industry events.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Computer Science or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry or in consulting with a clear focus on quality processes, quality systems and GxP requirements.
- Practical experience with eQMS — in particular Veeva Vault Quality.
- Structured problem solving, process analysis, project management, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident client presence and the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Fluent English; German skills are an advantage but not required.
