Job Description
Senior Product Designer focusing on Design QA and design system evolution for global design quality. Collaborating with teams to ensure design fidelity and crafting innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own Design QA across the product lifecycle: define quality standards, run structured design reviews, and ensure shipped experiences meet expectations
- Build and scale Design QA processes: review cadences, quality checklists, and feedback loops
- Evolve the design system: components, patterns, tokens, and governance
- Drive design system adoption and consistency across teams
- Identify and reduce design debt and UI inconsistencies
- Lead design initiatives end-to-end
- Mentor designers on craft, system thinking, and QA practices
- Ensure design fidelity in implementation with engineering
- Partner with PM and Engineering to co-own product outcomes
- Willing and able to teach others how to use AI in their workflows
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Product/UI Designer on complex products
- Strong visual design craft and systematic thinking
- Strong experience in Design QA and design review processes
- Proven track record owning or scaling a design system
- Experience identifying and addressing design debt
- Ability to define and track design quality metrics
- Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping)
- Experience working closely with engineering
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design work
- Nice to have: experience with design audits, Design tokens and design-to-code workflows, AEC/BIM domain experience, Motion design and micro-interactions, HTML/CSS understanding
