Job Description
Senior Product Designer at Nagarro leading design for digital products across various platforms. Collaborating with teams to create meaningful user experiences and investing in design culture.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and shape product experiences.
- Lead client-facing design discussions, workshops, and ideation sessions.
- Translate research insights into meaningful design solutions that meet both user and business needs.
- Apply human-centered design and data-driven methods to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Present and articulate design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams.
- Participate in and lead design reviews, supporting a consistent and scalable design process.
- Contribute to building and fostering a strong design culture at Nagarro.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Product Design across the full product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methods.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with high levels of autonomy and accountability.
