Job Description
Senior Product Designer shaping Simple Life’s AI-powered health coaching app. Designing gamified mobile experiences that drive sustainable weight loss and healthier habits.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer journey through Simple Life's behavior change methodology
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape a product combining scientific approaches, AI-generated coaching, and gamification
- Identify efficient, unconventional solutions that maintain the product's industry leadership
- Design with AI as a core component of the user experience
- Integrate gamification mechanics, user psychology, and behavioral insights into product experiences
- Analyze user behavior and evolving market trends
- Propose innovative UI/UX solutions for the weight-loss product
- Design experiences grounded in insights into user habits, motivation, and long-term loyalty
- Conduct rapid experimentation and iterative improvement
- Generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working on world-class B2C product
- Experience with Health & Fitness apps is a nice plus
- Proficient in leveraging UX research and data analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Strong skills in modern mobile product design, with a focus on AI integration and gamification
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for rapid experimentation and iterative improvement
- Ability to generate, defend, and present original hypotheses and design solutions with confidence
