Job Description
Senior Product Designer creating therapist tools for Rula, a remote mental healthcare platform. Streamlining clinical workflows and designing AI-enabled experiences with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design tools therapists use daily to streamline administrative work and support informed clinical decisions
- Take 0→1 products from concept through execution
- Proactively identify opportunities and think strategically about the future of care delivery
- Deliver polished, thoughtfully crafted product experiences
- Leverage AI strategically in partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research
- Own product design from the problem space through feature delivery and evolution
- Design and optimize multi-step workflows to reduce task friction and improve workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and policy partners
- Conduct user research with business or practice owners
- Contribute to or build enterprise-grade design systems
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products
- Demonstrated success designing and optimizing multi-step workflows for productivity tools, operations platforms, or business software
- Clear track record of reducing task friction and driving measurable gains in workflow efficiency
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and ideally compliance or policy partners
- Mastery of Figma for end-to-end product design, prototyping, and system-level thinking
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly
- Ability to document workflow logic for cross-functional alignment
- Extensive experience owning product design from problem space to feature delivery and evolution
- Must be based in the United States; currently not hiring in Hawaii
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems
- Preferred: experience designing for business or practice management teams with dynamic, complex workflows
- Preferred: comfort translating ambiguous problems into lightweight, AI-enabled experiences
- Preferred: experience conducting user research with business or practice owners
- Preferred: experience contributing to or building enterprise-grade design systems
- Preferred: familiarity with accessibility requirements for finance/healthcare experiences
