Job Description
Senior Product Designer shaping AI-native, human-centered experiences for ComPsych’s mental health and absence management solutions. Leading research, prototyping, and product design from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own initiatives from discovery through execution, including framing problems, running research, prototyping, and shipping with product and engineering
- Raise design maturity by championing user research and data-driven decision-making
- Use AI to accelerate research synthesis, prototyping, exploration, documentation, execution, and minimize handoffs
- Partner with product, engineering, and subject-matter stakeholders to turn ambiguous, high-stakes problems into testable user outcomes
- Collaborate with design peers through brainstorming, design critiques, storytelling, and product vision development
- Iterate on design systems, visual language, and design principles
- Create journey maps and service blueprints for end-to-end user experiences
- Use storytelling to develop experience visions connecting user outcomes with business objectives
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to own experience design end-to-end, from problem framing through delivery and iterative data-led refinements
- Strong core UX design skills and craft in execution
- Experience designing elegant solutions within complex product domains
- Track record of raising design maturity through mentorship, critique, systems thinking, or influence
- Fluency with AI as a working tool for prototyping, research synthesis, iteration, designing in code, and staying current with tools
- Familiarity with the capabilities, constraints, and human factors of LLMs
- Passion for mission-driven, human-centered work supporting functional and emotional needs
- Ability to articulate design process and rationale for decisions
- Experience working in Agile product delivery teams
- Experience in behavioral health, absence management, or another regulated, data-sensitive industry
- Accessibility expertise and working knowledge of WCAG 2.2
- Strong mobile design skills
