Job Description
Senior Product Manager building AI-powered relationship software for independent P&C insurance agencies at FMG. Driving discovery, vendor integrations, Voice AI pilots, and roadmap strategy for Agency Revolution.
Responsibilities:
- Build and validate the RelationshipOS intelligence layer for Agency Revolution
- Conduct discovery with agency owners and rapidly prototype solutions
- Define and instrument what customer adoption and action mean
- Map management systems, carrier connections, data-enrichment providers, and AI vendors
- Decide what to integrate versus build, run proofs of concept, and launch live vendor-powered use cases
- Surface data quality, latency, unit economics, and vendor-model risks
- Define the Voice AI minimum viable product and run outbound outreach pilots with agency handoffs
- Own Agency Revolution roadmap sequencing, prioritization, and stopping decisions
- Develop recommendations on platform modernization, rebuilds, retirements, and convergence with FMG’s platform
- Provide analysis and recommendations for pricing-model changes and major partnerships
- Set priorities for and coach two Product Owners and one Product Analyst
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and the SVP of Product
- Maintain and improve the established Agency Revolution SaaS platform
- Deliver evidence-based outcomes during the first 90 days, six months, and twelve months
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS company
- 1+ year of experience in the P&C insurance or insurtech industry
- Experience personally leading product discovery, prototyping, launch, and iteration
- Experience managing or directly coaching Product Managers, Product Owners, or similar product team members
- Experience with AI-enabled products, third-party integrations, vendors, and build-vs-buy decisions
- Strong product judgment in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Comfortable working directly with customers and turning discovery into shipped product quickly
- Experience owning roadmap and prioritization for an established SaaS product
- Strong written communication and ability to make clear recommendations and decisions
- Ability to work the assigned schedule and perform regular duties from a private, secure workspace
- Internet connection with speeds of at least 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up
