Job Description
Senior Product Manager at Nexford managing learner experience and journey through AI-nativeness. Leading product iterations and team management for consumer-focused education solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Own parts of the learner journey end to end
- Manage how prospective students discover us and through enrollment
- Focus on learner retention, conversion, and engagement
- Iterate on product development based on user feedback
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2C product
- Experience in Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Experience managing a team
- Comfortable going deep on systems, APIs, model trade-offs
