Job Description
Senior Product Manager defining Zillow’s Connections Platform strategy, roadmap, and scalable lead services. Building agentic customer-engagement capabilities for the U.S. real-estate marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connections Platform
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, iteration, and optimization
- Partner with engineering, design, data, business, and Zillow teams to translate needs into product requirements and technical trade-offs
- Build prototypes, auditing and configuration portals, and other tools using Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code
- Analyze leads data and use AI tools to identify platform improvement opportunities
- Build services enabling lead nurturing, classification, and customer engagement
- Mentor less experienced product managers or peers on product discovery, prioritization, and execution best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of product management experience, including experience in a platform-focused role
- Experience defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and guiding features from discovery through launch in cross-functional environments
- Ability to understand and define API contracts, database schemas, and best-in-class pipeline architectures
- Ability to use data, AI tools, and experimentation to inform product decisions and drive measurable impact
- Experience building scalable products serving diverse internal clients and use cases
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Nice to have: experience with agentic platforms, data modeling, or lead management systems
