Job Description
Senior Product Manager advancing Vericast direct mail solutions for banks and credit unions. Translating strategy into delivery, pricing analysis, launches, and AI-enabled product improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day product management for an assigned direct mail product portfolio
- Partner with the Product Director to translate strategic priorities into planning and delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, data, and vendor partners
- Facilitate backlog refinement with the Product Owner
- Prioritize and clarify backlog items and translate requirements into user stories
- Provide acceptance-criteria input and resolve in-sprint priority and scope questions
- Contribute to financial analyses and pricing model input
- Monitor and report product-level revenue, margin, and pipeline performance
- Develop understanding of the direct mail marketing ecosystem and omnichannel role of direct mail
- Identify opportunities for innovation, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled enhancements
- Support go-to-market delivery, including documentation, sales enablement, positioning, and Sales training coordination
- Evaluate and document product ideas and requests
- Support compliance and risk partners with documentation
- Contribute to quarterly roadmap planning and feature prioritization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
- In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- 5+ years of product management or related experience
- Working knowledge of workflow and business relationships across functional areas
- Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI tools, and Microsoft Office software
- Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work required
- Strong understanding of direct mail marketing, including campaign strategy, targeting, measurement, production workflows, postal economics, and USPS regulations
- Understanding of how postal rates, regulatory changes, production decisions, and operational efficiencies affect product strategy, pricing, profitability, and client outcomes
- Experience with direct mail solutions in financial services or highly regulated industries strongly preferred
- Analytical skills for business, marketing, financial reporting, and performance data
- Written, verbal, presentation, and organizational communication skills
- Ability to work with financial and profitability concepts and contribute to practical analysis without independent P&L ownership
- Ability to adapt products to business and marketplace changes and assess and implement ideas
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, AI-enabled workflows required
- Ability to solve moderate-complexity problems within established processes
