Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning Kit’s creator publishing tools, including email, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites. Driving scalable product strategy, quality, and measurable customer impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping products
  • Help creators make and send high-impact, visually appealing, on-brand content at scale
  • Own the core publishing platform, including email templates, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and related tools
  • Align the company on broader product vision and strategy
  • Measure product impact and outcomes
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales
  • Partner across functions to align product experiences with go-to-market efforts
  • Learn Kit’s product ecosystem, Builders surfaces, and content-quality and creator-output measurement tools
  • Build product rituals and meet with customers
  • Ship features in partnership with engineering, design, and marketing
  • Establish a point of view on industry strategy and define team and product-space success
  • Communicate progress toward goals to engineers and the broader company
  • Lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch
  • Impact customers and the business

Requirements:

  • 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area
  • Proven track record building high quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools, editors, or content/publishing surfaces
  • Deep experience with content creation online
  • Partnered closely with design to drive long-term vision for a product area, including hands-on involvement in craft and visual polish
  • Data-informed decision making and quantitative analysis
  • Strong product judgment and prioritization
  • Systems thinking and building for scale
  • Deep collaboration with design on craft and visual quality
  • Cross-functional influence and collaboration
  • Strong AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools daily and evaluating product applications
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • High ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments
  • Comfort balancing short-term wins with long-term vision
  • Systems thinker who builds foundations, not just features
  • Low ego, strong collaborator who influences without authority
  • Intellectually curious with a bias toward learning

  • Strong taste and attention to craft
  • Bonus if you have Publishing or content creation expertise
  • Must be able to maintain consistent overlap with Engineering, Product, and Design teams across Europe and the U.S., including availability during specified Eastern Time windows
