Job Description
Senior Product Manager leading enterprise accounting and finance systems for Thrive Market’s online grocery marketplace. Driving automation, integrations, and scalable processes across finance, supply chain, and e-commerce.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise accounting/finance systems, focusing on process/system automation and data quality
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance, accounting, operations, IT, and e-commerce teams to define requirements and prioritize features
- Drive agile development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
- Gather stakeholder feedback, validate product concepts, and iterate on features to improve usability, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Identify integration and optimization opportunities between supply chain/e-commerce systems and enterprise accounting/finance systems
- Partner with supply chain, operations, and e-commerce teams to optimize accounting/finance processes and workflows
- Act as subject matter expert for enterprise accounting/finance systems and support internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software solutions, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and enterprise software systems
- General understanding of supply chain and e-commerce systems and processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with proficiency in agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Agile)
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, SaaS platforms, and enterprise integrations is a plus
- Employees must be based in the United States throughout employment
- Must travel to the Los Angeles, California HQ office twice a year for all-company summits
