Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping payer, PBM, and provider partnerships for Omada Health’s virtual-first chronic-care platform. Leading discovery, integrations, and strategic product initiatives across healthcare ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead advanced discovery and shape strategic customer partnerships supporting expansion into the payer, PBM, and provider ecosystem
- Operate between product squads and commercial teams to identify gaps and opportunities
- Advocate for problems to solve with customers and potential partners
- Support the Senior Director, Product on high-impact special projects
- Partner with product managers to build innovative programs and tools
- Identify high-impact partnership opportunities and shape required integrations or product support
- Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers
- Explore provider partnerships for enrollment and member engagement
- Cultivate innovative thinking among cross-functional peers
- Mentor and support other product managers
- Establish best practices for tracking progress against corporate and team objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- 10+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Passionate about building experiences that people love to use
- Able to think beyond constraints to imagine new ways to enroll and engage members
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
- Track record of successfully bringing 0-1 products to market
- Adept at solving problems with limited resources and proactively advocating for needed resources
- Strong writing and clear communication skills
- Collaborative and able to drive alignment among stakeholders
- Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts
- Human-centered product development and Continuous Discovery experience a plus
- Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows a plus
- Prior healthcare company experience, especially with health insurers or PBMs, a plus
- Prior provider-side integrations experience, especially Epic, a plus
