Job Description
Senior Product Manager shaping AML, sanctions and PEP products for Zepz’s WorldRemit and Sendwave remittance services. Driving global rollouts, vendor integrations and compliant customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage stakeholder relationships to gather needs across 50 countries
- Shape FinCrime product strategy across both Zepz remittance brands, including PEP, sanctions, AI-vendor and crypto roadmaps
- Manage vendor relationships and integrations for customer verification and workflow management
- Scope, plan and deliver global feature rollouts
- Develop product strategy aligned with company vision
- Deliver business and user value
- Support business growth and scalability
- Own and drive product-area metrics, defining success and the path to achieve it
- Collaborate with stakeholders, especially compliance, to understand problems, identify opportunities and explore solutions
- Manage stakeholders and deliver challenging messages when needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform product decisions
- Lead initiatives from ideas through delivery using an MVP mindset and longer-term vision
- Report to the Product Director - FinCrime
Requirements:
- Experienced Senior Product Manager in the digital FinCrime space
- Strong knowledge of the Finance/FinTech and FinCrime space
- Experience in stable coin and AI desirable
- Experience with customer risk rating and transaction monitoring, including implementation, ongoing calibration, best practices and management
- Data-driven and comfortable working with models
- Experience delivering complex digital initiatives spanning multiple departments
- Experience owning the full digital product life cycle
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and drive product areas
- Experience building strong relationships with development teams and collaborating with product design
- Knowledge of Agile / Lean software delivery methodologies and practices
- Experience gathering functional and nonfunctional requirements, writing user stories and mapping processes
- Good technical and business understanding based on previous experience in financial services/compliance
- Strong understanding of current regulations and compliance best practices
- Experience managing technology-partner integrations, including workflows, APIs, error scenarios and management, from ideation through production
- Ability to work against tight regulatory deadlines
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its application to the role
- Practical professional experience using AI tools
- Strong AI literacy, including effective prompting and critical evaluation of AI-generated output
- Awareness of ethical and responsible AI use, particularly regarding sensitive data, customer experience and compliance
- Prior Claude (Anthropic) experience is nice-to-have but not essential
