Job Description

Senior Product Manager shaping Typeform’s form-building and AI platform. Owning product strategy, customer discovery, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery across remote markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for a key area of the Typeform product
  • Build a strong understanding of customers, workflows, and problems
  • Identify opportunities through customer conversations, behavioural data, research, market insight, and product intuition
  • Turn broad problems into product bets, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with Design and Engineering from discovery through delivery
  • Work with Data and Research to understand customer behaviour and evaluate product performance
  • Prioritise across customer needs, business goals, technical investment, and product quality
  • Define success measures and use them to guide product decisions before and after launch
  • Run experiments and use results to shape product direction
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams on customer and commercial context
  • Communicate product direction and build alignment across teams and leadership
  • Move ideas to shipped experiences while maintaining focus on customer problems
  • Consider how the product area contributes to the wider Typeform platform
  • Explore AI improvements to customer experience, workflows, and customer value

Requirements:

  • Significant experience building and scaling digital products, ideally in SaaS, product-led growth, collaboration software, productivity tools, or a strong product environment
  • Ability to structure messy and ambiguous product problems
  • Strong focus on customer problems and outcomes
  • Strong product judgement using customer insight, data, and context
  • Close collaboration with Engineering and Design
  • Ability to set clear product direction and practical priorities
  • Confidence making trade-offs and explaining decisions
  • Judgement about when to experiment, research, or proceed with available evidence
  • Clear communication and ability to adapt complex ideas for different audiences
  • Commercial awareness of activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and revenue
  • Curiosity about AI and its impact on products and customer interactions
  • Care for product quality and customer experience
  • Relevant experience may include product-led growth, onboarding, activation, retention, creation tools, editors, builders, platform products, APIs, integrations, developer ecosystems, analytics, insights, research, data products, pricing, packaging, payments, monetisation, AI-powered products, agents, automation, intelligent workflows, or B2B SaaS
