Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning strategy and delivery across EIDA’s construction and engineering software products. Leading agile teams, customer discovery, product quality, enablement, and AI exploration.

Responsibilities:

  • Own product strategy, backlog, and priorities across more than one product team
  • Maintain product backlogs and roadmaps for multiple teams
  • Set and defend priorities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility
  • Translate strategy into clear, well-sequenced epics and initiatives
  • Balance competing priorities and make cross-team trade-off decisions
  • Lead and mature agile practices across teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams and team leads on agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Track delivery health and surface risks before release timelines are affected
  • Manage workloads, priorities, and delivery expectations across multiple teams
  • Coach and develop team members, including junior product talent
  • Escalate cross-team dependencies and blockers
  • Align engineering, design, and other stakeholders around shared priorities
  • Lead customer conversations, demos, feedback sessions, and escalations
  • Translate customer input into prioritised backlog items and roadmap decisions
  • Set the product quality bar and act as the final product quality checkpoint before release
  • Partner with QA and engineering on testing strategy and coverage
  • Validate workflows, identify edge cases, and oversee regression testing
  • Own product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials
  • Lead enablement for sales, support, operations, and customers
  • Identify, prioritise, evaluate, and champion practical AI opportunities across the platform and internal workflows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, including experience owning the backlog and priorities for more than one team at a time
  • Strong, hands-on experience with agile practices, including running and improving ceremonies and coaching others
  • Track record of setting product strategy and translating it into a well-sequenced, well-prioritised roadmap
  • Confidence leading customer conversations, including discovery, feedback sessions, and escalations
  • Experience working closely with engineering leads on delivery planning, technical trade-offs, and release quality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, aligning multiple teams and functions around shared priorities
  • Experience coaching or mentoring more junior product talent
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including writing product tickets, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation
  • Comfort working with data to support prioritisation and decision making
  • Interest in applying AI to product development, internal workflows, and customer value
