Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning Guardio’s consumer online-protection setup and retention. Driving research, experimentation, and cross-functional product execution for millions of users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from zero-to-one ideation and opportunity sizing through scaling and optimizing existing products for millions of active users
  • Conduct deep user research using qualitative insights and quantitative data to build evidence-based product hypotheses
  • Define success KPIs, establish tracking, and run and analyze A/B tests
  • Improve setup completion, feature adoption, and D0/D7/D30 retention
  • Drive execution by leading cross-functional teams, bringing evidence, building consensus, and encouraging squad ownership
  • Use AI tools and workflows to reduce process overhead and increase productivity
  • Collaborate with Product Manager peers, R&D, Security, UX & Design, Data & Analytics, Product Growth, Customer Support, and Marketing
  • Own core business metrics related to setup completion, retention, and yearly renewal rates

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Proven track record of shipping impactful products in a fast-paced environment and at a large scale
  • Strong business understanding, including connecting user problems to business outcomes, prioritizing effectively, and moving key metrics
  • Technical background required: experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, systems, data) and/or a relevant technical degree
  • Comfortable working closely with R&D, understanding system flows and APIs, and partnering with engineers and stakeholders to drive decisions and execution end-to-end
  • Experience building and scaling Mobile-First products
  • Strong background in consumer-facing (B2C) products
  • Hands-on execution mindset and willingness to dive into details
  • Experience building new products (0→1) and improving existing products through optimization, iteration, and scale
  • Experience defining KPIs, analyzing product performance, and using data to guide decisions
  • Comfortable with user research, including interviews, surveys, and product analytics
  • Ability to translate user research insights into clear product direction
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Ability to write clear product specs and communicate ideas effectively
