Job Description

Senior Product Manager owning Payward's payments platform roadmap, APIs, and developer integrations. Advancing enterprise infrastructure for trading, payments, funding, and digital assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, including the shared backend and hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components, and direct APIs
  • Map requirements across internal clients and evolve the platform's vision and capabilities
  • Partner with engineering to create a sequenced, high-impact roadmap with milestones
  • Prioritize competing client needs, make trade-offs visible, and provide clear rationale
  • Shape the end-to-end client experience from initial conversation through go-live
  • Collaborate with banking and partnerships teams to build PSP and bank integrations once for all Payward businesses
  • Incorporate compliance, risk, and legal requirements across entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap
  • Set and track platform success metrics, including rail launch time, client go-live time, platform rail availability, and payment success rates
  • Support Payward Services, an enterprise infrastructure platform for trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Working knowledge of payments, including pay-ins, payouts, PSPs, acquirers, ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT, and local payment methods
  • Strong technical fluency, including reading RFCs, challenging architecture decisions, and writing API specifications
  • Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
  • Clear, structured technical writing
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority
  • Comfort using data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance
  • Nice to have: experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator, or payments infrastructure company
  • Nice to have: background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
  • Nice to have: familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or on/off-ramps
  • Nice to have: experience across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes
