Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning digital prescription experiences for Europe’s leading online pharmacy. Improving conversion through experimentation, analytics, AI and cross-functional product delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation
- Drive product strategy and experimentation using customer insights, analytics and A/B testing
- Identify opportunities to apply AI, personalisation and intelligent recommendations
- Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial and Data teams
- Define measurable product outcomes and maintain a roadmap focused on conversion, Rx order growth and customer experience
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer technology
- Proven commercial impact
- Experience working in complex, regulated environments
- Strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex or similar technologies for discovery, prototyping and delivery
- Experience within healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industries is a plus
