Job Description
Treasury Management-Product Manager Sr focused on developing payment products and strategies for a leading bank. Collaborating with teams to enhance product offerings and achieve compliance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for research, design, development, and delivery of value-added products
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure product integration
- Manage product lifecycle and oversee product metrics and performance
- Advise business leaders on opportunities and drive product strategy
- Develop and maintain product roadmap balancing strategic objectives and customer experience
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field
- 10+ Years of experience in payments, banking or FinTech industry
- 8+ years of experience driving product strategy or sales
- Experience in creating product artifacts such as business cases and market research summaries
- Experience with digital product development and ability to work cross-functionally
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and/or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) preferred
