Job Description
Senior Product Manager owning AI intake, case management, and client portal products. Building technology infrastructure for TopDog Law’s nationally scaling personal injury practice.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a core opportunity area
- Prioritize work based on business outcomes
- Define domain KPIs and hold the team accountable to them
- Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations
- Run discovery directly with attorneys, operators, case managers, and claimants
- Own UX and design for the domain, including prototyping requirements and solutions
- Make decisions, set priorities, and drive execution autonomously
- Work with the VP of Product and company leadership on strategic direction
- Build technology infrastructure across an AI-enabled intake engine, case management platform, and client-facing portal
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product management
- Track record of shipping software that moved the business
- Comfortable in architecture discussions, APIs, and data flows
- Experience prototyping requirements and solutions for engineering
- Experience building AI-enabled product capabilities
- Strategic thinking connecting user problems to company-level objectives
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Adaptable and curious
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication
- Analytical thinking and ability to turn data into decisive action
- Legal tech or other operationally complex industry experience is a plus
