Job Description
Senior QA Specialist responsible for implementing QA frameworks and collaborating across teams. Focused on ensuring quality standards are met in AI2IO's software products through hands-on testing and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Implement AI2IO’s software quality assurance framework, covering manual, automated, functional, and performance testing.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for QA processes, including test plans, work item tracking, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with developers, delivery leads, and analysts to embed QA early in the design and development lifecycle.
- Conduct hands-on testing, validation, and regression testing during initial phases of the QA program.
- Develop and maintain reusable test case libraries, templates, and documentation standards.
- Establish release readiness criteria, defect triage procedures, and metrics for quality tracking and reporting.
- Recommend and pilot test automation tools and frameworks for future scaling.
- Mentor development pods in QA best practices and support the recruitment and onboarding of future QA/Test Engineers.
- Continuously assess and improve QA workflows to reduce defects, rework, and time-to-release.
Requirements:
- 7+ years in software quality assurance or testing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior or specialist capacity.
- Proven experience building or maturing QA programs and frameworks in multi-team environments.
- Deep familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans, work item management, and CI/CD integration.
- Hands-on experience with test automation (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) and API testing (e.g., Postman).
- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and/or AutoDesk-based engineering tools.
- Experience with performance/load testing and defect analytics.
- Background in software development or scripting for test automation.
- ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
- Experience in or knowledge of AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) Industry and terminology.
