Job Description
Desenvolvedor Sênior React Native criando aplicativos iOS e Android para a Segware, empresa de soluções de software para centrais de monitoramento. Liderando arquitetura, qualidade e performance mobile.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end feature development in React Native, iOS, and Android
- Make and uphold architectural decisions regarding project structure, state management, data layers, and testing strategies
- Troubleshoot performance issues, battery consumption, background execution, and offline synchronization
- Integrate apps with ecosystem APIs and discuss contracts to meet mobile requirements
- Implement prototypes with fidelity to UI specifications and behavior
- Participate in technical handoffs and architecture definition with Product and the Tech Lead
- Conduct code reviews, mentor less experienced developers, and establish technical standards
- Monitor the app in production and address root causes
- Develop solutions for mission-critical, highly available, and high-performance platforms
- Produce clean, testable, and efficient code
- Participate in every stage of the product development lifecycle
- Ensure projects comply with specifications
- Collaborate with other developers to solve problems
- Investigate alternatives and technologies and present them for architectural review
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in software development
Requirements:
- Solid experience (4+ years) with React and React Native development
- Production experience with TypeScript
- Deep knowledge of Hooks and functional programming
- Experience with React Navigation and state management (Context API, React Query/TanStack Query, or similar)
- Automated testing in JavaScript/TypeScript (Jest, React Testing Library)
- Experience deploying to iOS and Android (builds, certificates, and app store releases)
- Experience with Styled Components
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and attention to layout details
- Technical English proficiency for reading documentation
- Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing web applications with React (SPAs, build ecosystem, and web routing)
- Experience with backend development in Node.js (REST APIs, database integration, and authentication)
- Nice to have: native development with Swift/Kotlin or Objective-C/Java; Expo; design systems; Sentry or similar; i18n; TDD
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomy to lead technical architecture discussions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to give and receive technical feedback
- Ability to perform well in dynamic environments with multiple priorities
