Job Description
Senior Recruiter managing talent solutions at ManpowerGroup. Connecting candidates with career opportunities and building relationships within industry communities.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with motivated candidates to learn about their skills and match them to job opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline of in-demand candidates and loyal clients
- Own your workload and take initiative to deliver on commitments
- Advocate on behalf of candidates and ensure they are equipped for successful employment
- Develop and maintain brand awareness by sharing recruitment expertise
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience or exposure to people or project management
