Job Description
Senior Regional Director overseeing Field Medical Directors in supporting Breast Cancer National efforts. Leading initiatives to collaborate with healthcare providers and drive research endeavors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily activities of the Field Medical Team and provide executive-level support for MA leadership
- Maintain and establish credible peer-to-peer scientific relationships with opinion leaders
- Facilitate strategic partnerships with scientific/clinical experts
- Provide feedback/information on emerging clinical and scientific trends
- Prepare field team’s contributions to successful launch and post-launch activities
- Develop and execute regional medical meetings
- Build relationships with internal experts and work cross-functionally
Requirements:
- PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred with 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
- Advanced degree Nurses, NPs, PAs, or Master’s degree with 8+ years experience in life sciences
- Professional knowledge of solid tumor cancer (Breast preferred)
- Strategic leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Prior successful collaboration with home-office based functions
- Knowledge of Federal and State Compliance guidelines
- Experience ensuring adherence to SOPs and policies
- Understanding of Market Access and US Market dynamics
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple individuals in a fast-paced environment
