Job Description

Senior Sales Executive winning and expanding law-firm and corporate legal clients for Digital Evidence Group. Selling litigation support services from deposition through trial and verdict.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with litigators, litigation support teams, and corporate legal departments
  • Win new clients and grow business within existing accounts
  • Run full-cycle sales from first conversation through proposal, close, and ongoing account growth
  • Understand client needs at each stage of litigation and connect them with appropriate DEG services and personnel
  • Identify opportunities across depositions, discovery, trial preparation, and trial presentation
  • Partner with operations and trial teams to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues
  • Support clients after the sale
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and forecasts, including pricing and RFP support
  • Respond to client questions about services, pricing, and solutions
  • Gather and share market intelligence
  • Partner with marketing on lead generation and marketing programs
  • Represent DEG at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
  • Attain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B or professional services sales experience
  • Record of developing new business, growing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding performance-based metrics
  • Legal services or litigation support experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage senior legal professionals and build lasting client relationships
  • Self-directed, proactive, organized, and process-oriented
  • Sense of urgency, adaptability, solid business acumen, and collaborative approach
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
