Job Description
Senior Sales Recruiter owning full-cycle U.S. sales hiring for MISUMI Americas’ digital manufacturing solutions. Building pipelines, advising hiring managers, and closing candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles from individual contributor to senior management, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder alignment, and offer negotiation
- Build talent maps and source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and tailored outreach strategies
- Lead intake meetings to define candidate profiles and advise hiring managers
- Maintain warm talent pipelines through ongoing outreach and relationship-building
- Own the candidate journey from first outreach through onboarding
- Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source effectiveness
- Improve interview processes and workflows to maintain speed and quality
- Partner with People Operations and leadership on hiring priorities and workforce planning
- Maintain and contribute to the QMS
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition
- Track record in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments preferred
- Proven ability to run multiple diverse requisitions at once
- Greenhouse ATS or a comparable system, including structured interview processes and reporting
- Strong hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Working knowledge of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring norms
- Fluent with AI tools in the recruiting workflow
- Ability to influence hiring manager decisions using data
- Candidate-first mindset and inclusive recruiting approach
- Ability to juggle competing searches
- Comfort using data to drive decisions
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for variety
- Ability to work remotely in the U.S.
