Job Description
Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect supporting CACI’s federal client. Designing, integrating, and governing complex Salesforce environments with Apex, LWC, and enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on development and provide senior technical expertise for a complex Salesforce environment
- Serve as a Salesforce SME
- Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs
- Lead and contribute to solution architecture and technical design
- Review code and technical designs for quality, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Provide an independent technical perspective on architectural decisions and challenge proposed approaches when appropriate
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Establish and promote Salesforce development, architecture, and integration standards
- Identify technical debt, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate the technical impact of Salesforce and connected applications upgrades and platform changes
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the project team
- Support technical planning, troubleshooting, and long-term platform strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Seven or more years of software development or related experience
- 5 or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, automation, security, and integrations
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, and governor limits
- Experience with source control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment practices
- Experience conducting code reviews and evaluating technical designs
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile Scrum SDLC methodology
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
