Job Description
Senior SAP Incentive Management Consultant implementing SAP Incentive Management solutions. Responsible for gathering requirements and managing compensation plans and calculations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement SAP Incentive Management solutions
- Gather business requirements and design compensation plans
- Calculate commissions and manage incentive rules
- Support integrations, testing, and go-live processes
- Provide hypercare support post-implementation
Requirements:
- End-to-end implementation experience
- Strong functional and configuration knowledge
- Experience gathering business requirements and designing compensation plans
- Hands-on experience with commission calculations, incentive rules, quotas, territories, workflows, and reporting
- Experience with integrations, testing, go-live, and hypercare support
- Multiple full lifecycle implementations preferred
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Integration experience with SAP ERP / CRM / Payroll systems preferred
- SQL and data migration experience preferred
